Beef tapa

Ingredients
1 cup white rice
¼ cup soy sauce
3 tbs orange juice
1 tsp crushed garlic
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 pieces scotch fillet steak
2 tbs canola oil
⅓ cucumber
1 tomato
1 small red onion
1 tsp white vinegar
2 eggs

1 tomato
1 small red onion
1 tsp white vinegar

Directions
Cook rice: cook 1 cup of white rice
Beef: In a bowl, combine ¼ cup soy sauce, 3 tbs orange juice, 1 tsp crushed garlic, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. Thinly slice the beef and add to the marinade, and mix well.
Salsa: Finely dice ⅓ cucumber, 1 tomato and 1 small red onion. Season with 1 tsp white vinegar, ½ tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar. Set aside.
Cook beef: Heat a large pan to high heat. Add 3 tbs canola oil. Sear the beef until it crisps up. Set aside. Keep the heat on, and cook eggs sunny side up.
Serve: Plate up cooked rice, top with beef, and place a fried egg on top. Serve salsa on the side.
