Brie & prosciutto pizza

Ingredients
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs instant yeast

4 tbs pizza sauce
110g brie cheese
80g prosciutto
1 cup rocket
4 tbs hot honey

Directions
Dough: In a large bowl, mix 2 1/4 cups flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbs olive oil, 1 tbs instant yeast with 3/4 cup warm water. Knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in an oiled bowl and let sit for 10 minutes.
Pizza: Preheat the oven to 220º C and place an oven tray in the oven to heat up. Cut the dough in two. On a lightly floured surface, roll each half into a dinner-plate sized circle. Top each pizza with pizza sauce, sliced brie, and prosciutto then bake for 10-15 minutes or until the base is cooked and the toppings are golden.
Finish off: Slice each pizza into 8 pieces, and top with ½ cup rocket, 2 tbs hot honey. Enjoy immediately.
