1 tsp pepper
2 brioche buns
2 tbs butter
1 avocado

Directions
Salad: Combine ½ cup mayonnaise with 1 tsp cajun seasoning, ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp crushed garlic, and mix well. Set 1 tbs aside, and dice 1 small lettuce head. Add the lettuce to the sauce and mix well. Set aside.
Patties: Separate the mince into 2 balls and place each ball between 2 sheets of baking paper. Using your hands or a plate, smash the mince into a thin patty. Heat a large pan to high heat and add 1 tsp canola oil. Season patties with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. Cook patties for 2-3 minutes per side, until the edges crisp up.
Buns: Slice 2 buns in half and spread butter on the cut side. Add to the pan and cook for 1 minute to brown the bread.
Serve: Slice 1 avocado. Spread the reserved caesar sauce on one side of the bun, add cooked patties, top with avocado and finish with caesar salad. Top with plenty of grated parmesan cheese, and add the top half of the bun.
