Chicken & Bacon Caesar Wrap

Ingredients
1/2 cup mayo
3 tbs olive oil
3 tbs lemon juice
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tsp crushed garlic
Salt & pepper
50g grated parmesan
200g chicken breast
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 cups chopped cos lettuce
1 avocado
6 slices bacon
2 large wraps
3 tbs olive oil
3 tbs lemon juice

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tsp crushed garlic
Salt & pepper
50g grated parmesan
200g chicken breast
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 cups chopped cos lettuce
1 avocado
6 slices bacon
2 large wraps
Directions
Dressing: Combine mayo, olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt & pepper and parmesan in a bowl. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper.
Cook bacon & chicken: Preheat a pan to a medium-high heat and cook your bacon for 2-3 minutes per side, or until done, and remove. The crispier the better! Slice your chicken breast into flat cutlets and then coat with breadcrumbs. Using the bacon grease, pan fry for 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked. When finished, remove from the heat and slice into strips.
Assemble: Slice up your avocado. Chop up your bacon. Add your chopped lettuce to the sauce bowl and mix well. Lay down a sheet of baking paper and add your wrap. Place some saucy lettuce, chopped chicken, bacon and avocado. Wrap up tightly and then cut in half!
