Ingredients
⅓ cup tahini
¼ cup & 1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs sugar
3 tbs Chinese black vinegar
¼ cup chilli oil
2 tsp canola oil
200g pork mince
¼ tsp white pepper
½ tsp Chinese 5 spice powder
200g fresh wheat noodles
2 bok choi
1 small carrot
1 spring onion
1 tsp sesame seeds
¼ cup & 1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs sugar
3 tbs Chinese black vinegar

200g fresh wheat noodles
2 bok choi
1 small carrot
1 spring onion
1 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
Sauce: Grab a small bowl and combine ⅓ cup tahini, ¼ cup soy sauce, 1 tbs sugar, 3 tbs Chinese black vinegar and ¼ cup chilli oil. If needed, add 1 tbs water at a time to thin the sauce. Mix well and set aside.
Mince: Heat a large pan to high heat and add 2 tsp canola oil. Fry the mince for 3 minutes. Add 1 tbs soy sauce, ¼ tsp white pepper and ¼ tsp 5 spice powder. Break up the mince, and cook for a further 5 min, then turn off the heat and set aside.
Noodles & vegetables: Cook noodles as per packet instructions. Cut the ends off 2 bok choi and cover with boiling water for 2 minutes. Grate 1 small carrot. Strain noodles and serve into bowls.
Finish off: Top noodles with grated carrot, cooked bok choi, cooked mince and 3-4 tbs sauce. Mix well, then top with sesame seeds and chopped spring onion.
