Ingredients
1 onion
200g beef mince
1 tbs & ½ cup greek yogurt
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1.5 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp crushed garlic
1 small lettuce
1 carrot
⅓ cucumber
2 wraps
4 tbs sweet chilli sauce
200g beef mince
1 tbs & ½ cup greek yogurt
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin

1 small lettuce
1 carrot
⅓ cucumber
2 wraps
4 tbs sweet chilli sauce
Directions
Mince: Preheat the oven to 180C fan bake and line a baking tray. Grate 1 onion and add to a food processor, along with 200g beef mince. Add 1 tbs Greek yogurt, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. Blend until combined. Lay a sheet of baking paper on a chopping board, add the mince and lay another sheet of baking paper on top. Use a rolling pin to flatten and spread the mince, ensuring there are no holes in the mince. Remove the top sheet, roll into a log, place on an oven tray and bake for 25 minutes.
Sauce: Mix ½ cup Greek yogurt with 1 tsp sugar, 2 tsp crushed garlic, ½ tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Vegetables: Shred 1 small lettuce, grate 1 carrot and slice ⅓ cucumber into thin wedges.
Assemble: Unravel the meat and shred into chunks. Lay a wrap on your plate, top with meat, vegetables, garlic yogurt and sweet chilli. Roll tightly, and wrap in tin foil. Enjoy!
