Garlic & pepper beef noodles

Ingredients
2 pieces steak
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs crushed garlic
1 tsp crushed ginger
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp curry powder
Black pepper
200g udon noodles
1 small cucumber
1 broccoli
Lemon
Chilli oil
Fresh coriander
Fish sauce (optional)

200g udon noodles
1 small cucumber
1 broccoli

Chilli oil
Fresh coriander
Fish sauce (optional)
Directions
Beef: Slice steak into thin strips and add to a bowl. Season with 1 tbs soy sauce, 1 tbs crushed garlic, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp curry powder and 5-10 cracks of black pepper.
Cook beef: line a large baking tray with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 210C grill. Spread the beef on the tray evenly and grill for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway, until the edges are charring and the beef is cooked.
Noodles: Cook the noodles as per packet instructions
Vegetables: Slice 1 cucumber into thin strips and set aside. Cut the broccoli into florets and microwave for 3 minutes.
Serve: Plate up cooked noodles, beef, broccoli and cucumber. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice, chilli oil, fresh coriander, and fish sauce (optional). Enjoy!
