Ingredients
300g beef or lamb rump
4 tsp olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika

2 large potatoes

50g hummus
4 tsp olive oil

1 tsp pepper

¼ cup greek yogurt
1 tbs lemon juice
3 tbs chilli flakes
3 tbs olive oil
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 ½ tsp salt
2 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp paprika
1 tomato
⅓ cucumber
1 small red onion
Small wedge of cabbage
50g hummus
Directions
Beef: Finely slice 300g beef/lamb rump and add to a bowl with 3 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, and 1 tsp crushed garlic. Mix well and let sit for 30 minutes while you make the fries.
Fries: Preheat the oven to 210º C fan bake. Line a large baking tray. Rinse & chop the potatoes into fries and spread out on the tray. Sprinkle with 1 tsp salt & 1 tsp pepper and 1 tsp olive oil. Pop in the oven for 30-40 minutes, until crispy.
Sauces: Mix 4 tsp crushed garlic, ½ tsp salt, ¼ cup greek yogurt and 1 tbs lemon juice together. Set aside. In a small pot, heat 3 tbs chilli flakes with 2 tbs olive oil. Once warm, cut the heat and add 1 tsp crushed garlic, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp lemon and ½ tsp paprika. Set aside.
Salad: Finely dice 1 tomato, ⅓ cucumber and 1 small red onion. Add to a bowl with 1 tbs olive oil, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp lemon juice. Set aside. Finely shred a small wedge of cabbage.
Cook meat: Once the fries have 10 minutes left, heat a large pan to high heat. Flash fry the beef/lamb for 2-3 minutes and remove.
Assemble: Lay the fries, meat, hummus, salad and cabbage in a bowl. Top with garlic sauce, chilli sauce. Enjoy!
