Miso honey crumbed chicken

Ingredients
1 large chicken breast
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 broccoli
1 cup peas
½ cup soy sauce
1 tbs sesame oil
2 tbs honey
4 tbs sweet chilli sauce
2 tbs miso paste

Directions
Chicken: Preheat the oven to 180C fan bake and line a large tray. Slice chicken breast into tenderloins. Coat with ½ cup breadcrumbs. Spread out over the tray and spray with oil. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
Vegetables: Dice broccoli into small florets and bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Add the broccoli and cook for 3 minutes, then add 1 cup of peas and cook for a further minute. Remove from the heat and drain. Pop in a blender or food processor (or use a masher) and blitz into a chunky mash.
Sauce: Mix ½ cup soy sauce, 1 tbs sesame oil, 2 tbs honey, 4 tbs sweet chilli sauce and 2 tbs miso in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil.
Assemble: Plate up mashed veg, top with chicken strips and finish with sauce.
