Steak, Pesto & Burrata Sandwich

Ingredients
2 pieces of steak
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 avocado

3 tbs canola oil
2 tbs garlic aioli
2 tbs basil pesto
½ cup rocket
1 burrata ball
1 tsp honey
1 tsp pepper

Directions
Prepare steak: Pat steaks dry and season each side with 1 tsp pepper and 1 tsp salt. Set steaks aside.
Prepare: Slice 1 avocado. Slice bread in half.
Cook steak: Bring a large pan to high heat and add 3 tbs canola oil. Cook steaks for 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked to desired level. Remove from the heat and let rest for 2 minutes. Place bread in the pan to crisp up for 30 seconds.
Serve: Spread garlic aioli on one side of the bread and pesto on the other. Add rocket, sliced avocado, sliced steak, torn burrata and drizzle with 1 tsp honey. Season with salt & pepper, and enjoy!
