Ingredients
2.5 tbs oyster sauce
3 tbs soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
½ tsp pepper
200g beef
¼ tsp baking soda
1 tsp garlic powder
1.5 tbs canola oil
200g rice noodles
1 onion
1 bunch broccolini
1 spring onion
1 cup bean sprouts

Directions
Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together 2.5 tbs oyster sauce, 3 tbs soy sauce, 2 tsp sugar, ½ tsp pepper, and mix well.
Beef: Slice 200g beef into thin strips and add to a bowl. Add ¼ tsp baking soda, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 spoon of the sauce. Mix well and set aside.
Cook beef: Add 1 tbs oil to a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add beef and cook for 1-2 minutes until seared but still a little pink. Transfer to a plate and set aside. Clean the wok or skillet.
Veg & noodles: Cook the rice noodles as per packet instructions. Dice 1 onion into strips and slice 1 bunch of broccolini. Dice 1 spring onion. Add these to the pan, along with 1 tsp canola oil and saute for 1-2 minutes.
Finish off: Add bean sprouts, cooked noodles, spring onions and remaining sauce and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Serve: Add cooked beef, do a final toss and serve with extra spring onion if desired.
